The history of Europe consists of several periods:

Age of Kings

Time from the beginning of history and up to the adoption of Christianity as the only allowed religion in the Roman Empire in 391 AD.

 

Age of Faith

Time from the adoption of the Christianity and up to the Fall of the Byzantine Empire, which signified the inevitable changes in Europe’s history.

 

Age of Nobles

Time from the Fall of Constantinoples to the beginning of the French Revolution – an event that completely changed every aspect of life, politics and culture in Europe.

 

Age of Nations

Time from the French Revolution to the end of Woalr War II – after that, modern times start.
